You may use SAGAVANT for personal listening. You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account.

Content rights

SAGAVANT series, scripts, narration, artwork, branding, and platform materials are protected creative works. Purchasing coins, episodes, or membership grants personal listening access; it does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution.

Not permitted

• Copying, downloading, recording, redistributing, or publicly performing protected audio without permission.
• Bypassing access controls, stream limits, watermarks, or payment systems.
• Using automated tools to scrape the catalog or interfere with service operation.
• Sharing an account in a way that defeats device or concurrent-stream limits.

Availability

We work to keep SAGAVANT available, but maintenance, browser behavior, connectivity, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access. Purchased access remains connected to the listener account whenever technically and legally possible.

Changes

We may update these terms as SAGAVANT grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
